British Documentary Director and Producer Heather Leach became curious why labiaplasty is the fastest growing cosmetic surgery in England. Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure where the inner and/or outer labia is altered. Heather’s movie, The Perfect Vagina, explores why so many girls and women think their vulvas are so unacceptable that they must put them under a knife.
