Thanks for your interest in having a Cuddle Sanctuary Private Session. Clients are asked to initial and sign the agreement below. To schedule a session in Los Angeles, email Jean@CuddleSanctuary.com.

______ Cuddle Sanctuary Private Sessions are non-sexual. All touching, both given and received will be non-sexual.

______ Both parties will remain fully clothed. If either party needs to change clothing, this will be done in the restroom.

______ In an effort to ensure your facilitator’s comfort and safety, I agree to send a photo of my driver’s license. (This will be used only for this purpose.)

______ A third party, chosen by your facilitator, will be notified of the appointment date, time and location. Once the session is complete, your facilitator will notify and confirm her/his safety to this third party.

______ Should the facilitator interpret any of my actions as inappropriate or threatening, she/he reserves the right to terminate the session immediately with no warning or refund given.

______ I agree not to bring valuables or anything that could be used as a weapon into the facilitator’s environment.

______ Payment for each session is required prior to the start of any session.

______ There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You may cancel via text, voicemail or email. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be non-refundable.

______ Please shower within 24 hours of the session, be in clean clothes and be free from cologne, perfume or cigarette smoke. Fresh breath is appreciated, too. (Your facilitator will do the same!)

______ Any photos or video recording must be discussed and consented to before the session begins. I agree not to post any photos or videos without written consent from Cuddle Sanctuary or the facilitator.

______ Your facilitator and Cuddle Sanctuary will not be held responsible for any property loss that may occur, or any injuries that may result from a session. I hereby release Cuddle Sanctuary from any and all liability for such incidents.

______ Cuddle Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

______ No specific information regarding the client will be shared with another party outside what is outlined in this agreement unless I, as the client, give written or email permission to Cuddle Sanctuary for a specific purpose.

______ I recognize that this is a contract. I have read it carefully and agree to all included statements. I sign it of my own free will.
